There will be zero tolerance for ooc rants in the forums, it will be grounds for instant Banning. (I would rather keep it small and fun, then large and a headache)



Currently there is a Geas system in place for all Sharrans. This is a non-negotiable part of the faction.

The Geas typically involves a spell like casting by the Current leader/s of the Church.

OOC:
1) Upon any sign of betrayal of the faction/shar your mind is wiped of all memories pertaining to the faction or any relevant Lore pertaining to Shar. In effect your character doesn't remember anything events, people, or otherwise between joining and leaving the faction. Loosing access to the Forums.

Basically what it involves is upon joining you agree to the the mind wipe format.

IC information on Geas:

A geas is a binding oath that is incredibly difficult to remove. If a geas is broken a set of actions occur as stipulated by the person/persons who bound the geas. It is incredibly strong, and even if removed can cause irreperable side effects.

OOC warning:
Any mention of your time as a Sharran after the mind wipe is considered a major Metagame and is looked down upon heavily by all Sharran players. The fact that you have joined the faction means you agree to obey the faction rules regarding leaving the faction, not ruining it for others.

Also remember faction members will treat betrayers with hostility and ICly you will not know why.
